2000.10 P3 A Particulate filter with carbon layer

SECAIR 2000.10 P3 A Particle filter in combination with half-mask respirator protects the respiratory system against the harmful effects of dust, fumes, and mists. The concentration of the dispersed phase of aerosol may not exceed 30 x OEL (Occupational Exposure Limit).

Typical application of the SECAIR 2000.10 P3 A filters: Metal oxide fumes (zinc, lead, arsenic, vanadium, silver) generated during melting, casting, or machining metals (welding, grinding); hard coal mining where uranium or radium compounds are present; tanneries and electroplating plants (chromate dust and mists); selected pigments (cadmium sulphide); artificial, mineral fibers; asbestos dust; dust, and mists of pharmaceutical products, and odors and unpleasant smells of organic substances.

Filter has an additional layer of carbon fiber providing protection against odors and unpleasant smells and allows the use of protective equipment in an atmosphere contaminated with organic substances, provided that their concentration does not exceed the OEL value.
