ABEK1 Gas filter+P2 Particulate filter

3045 ABEK1 P2 set of filters in combination with a half-mask respirator protects the respiratory system against organic and inorganic gases and vapors, against sulphur dioxide and other acid gases and vapors, ammonia and organic ammonia derivatives, as well as a mixture of the above-mentioned substances. It protects also against dust, fumes and mists . The permissible concentration of the vapors and gases is 0.1% by volume and the concentration of the dispersed phase of aerosol may not exceed 10 x OEL (Occupational Exposure Limit).

Most common substances that the 3045 ABEK1 P2 set of filters protects against:
Groupe A substances: organic gases and vapors with a boiling point above 65 °C a.g. organic solvents, hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, organic acids, esters, ethers, ketones, styrene etc.
Groupe B substances: inorganic gases and vapors e.g. carbon disulfide, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen cyanide, formaldehyde, mercaptans and ozone etc.
Groupe E substances: sulfur dioxide and other acidic vapors and gases e.g. hydrogen chloride, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur trioxide, organic acids (formic, acetic) etc. Groupe K substances: ammonia and its derivative (amines: methylamine, dimethylamine, dimethylethylamine, ethylamine) ammonium chloride, hydrazine etc.
